Who we are

Run the Fund (“we”) operates runthefund.com, a venture-capital simulation game. We are the data controller for the small amount of personal data described below. Contact: hello@runthefund.com.

What we collect

Exactly two things, and only if you leave an email for new cards:

• Your email address — so we can send tomorrow's card and new cards as they ship.
• Your region interest (India / United States / Global) — India is live; we use this so we send the edition you asked for when US or Global exist.

If you never submit the form, we collect nothing from this form. Hosting may keep standard server access logs.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email and region interest for one purpose: sending the deal-card emails you asked for. The legal basis is your consent.

Sharing

We never sell or share your address.

Retention and deletion

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or until the waitlist is retired. Write to hello@runthefund.com to delete.
